Over the past 20 years Mike has developed internationally awarded campaigns for local and international brands. His experience gained as an advertising agency Head of Art, National Creative Director, and TVC Director, has given him an intimate understanding of ideas and how to communicate them through visually striking imagery.

Mike’s time as the National Creative Director of one of Australia’s top Content production companies, saw him apply and develop his art direction skills to motion graphics projects, digital design, content creation and the direction of TV campaigns for national brands.

His work has been awarded at Cannes, Award, One Show, Axis (NZ), AADC (SA), plus he has secured gold, silver and supreme trophies at national effectiveness and marketing shows. Prior to arriving in Australia, Mike helped guide Lowe Worldwide (Auckland) to become one of the top five creative agencies in their 80-office global network: a substantial leap considering their previous year’s ranking was only 47. In 2011 Mike was the only South Australian resident to sit on the New York Festivals Jury, judging the Interactive and Art Direction technique categories, and the only art director to be invited to judge the 2011 Australian Insititute of Professional Photographers Awards (SA). Being invited to judge both of these prestigious award shows recognises Mike’s ability as a leader in his craft.
